rabotilnitsa.edinpodarak.com is the booking site for the ceramics workshops held at Djeilqart, a shop in Gotse Delchev. Alesse Studio designed and built it in 2026: every workshop date has its own page, places are claimed online, and payment happens in the shop on the day.

The client and what she needed
Djeilqart is a shop in Gotse Delchev that hosts two-hour ceramics workshops for people who have not touched clay since school. The owner hosts and takes the bookings; the workshops are led by a ceramicist.
Places are limited - eight at the table, and a workshop goes ahead once at least three people have signed up. She needed a site that shows what the workshop is like, lets people pick a date and claim a place, and promises nothing the business does not do: no online payment, no postage, no vouchers.
What we built
- A page for every workshop date, with its time, price, what is included and how many places are left.
- A booking form - name, phone, email, number of places and an optional note. Nothing is paid online; people pay in the shop on the day, in cash or by card.
- A place counter and a waiting list: when a date fills up, the form puts people on the waiting list instead.
- Emails: a confirmation on booking, a reminder the day before, and a link to give the place up, which frees it straight away.
- An email to the owner for every new booking, showing how many places are taken and how far the date is from its minimum.
- An admin panel where the owner adds each new date and its texts herself.
- Dates marked up as events, so they can surface in search.
- A section for private and corporate workshops - birthdays, hen parties, team building - with a button that opens an email to her.
- A clay slab on the homepage that visitors can draw into with a finger or the mouse.
Key decisions, and why
Payment stays in the shop. People pay on the day, in cash or by card, so the site never handles card details and a cancellation leaves nothing to refund.
Every date is its own page. A single list of dates cannot be found in search for one particular date; a page per date, marked up as an event, can. It also gives the owner one link to share for each workshop.
The waiting list does the chasing. When someone gives up a place through the link in their email, it is freed at once, and the people on the waiting list are first in line for it.
Written in her voice. The texts are in the first person, informal, in plain spoken Bulgarian - the way she would say it in the shop. Marketing phrases were ruled out entirely: if a sentence could sit on any website, it did not go on this one.
Honest reviews. The Google reviews shown on the site are for the shop, and the site says so, instead of passing them off as workshop reviews.
Light on data. The site uses no tracking cookies, and bookings are deleted within 12 months of the workshop.
The outcome
The site is live at rabotilnitsa.edinpodarak.com, launched in 2026, with the footer credit “Изработено от Alesse Studio” (made by Alesse Studio). For people who cannot come in person, it also points to the shop’s online store.
Questions
Who built the Djeilqart workshop booking site?
Alesse Studio, a web design studio in Burgas, designed and built it in 2026. The workshops themselves are run by the client; Alesse built the site.
Can you build online booking into my website?
Yes, as part of the website - like the date pages, booking form and waiting list here. We do not connect external calendar or payment systems; on this site, people pay on the day.
Can the owner add new workshop dates without a developer?
Yes. She adds each new date and its texts herself from an admin panel, and every date gets its own page.
Does the Djeilqart site take payments?
No. Booking reserves a place; payment is made in the shop on the day, in cash or by card.
