Ray (Лъчо in Bulgarian) is the assistant on soniatomanova.com, the site we built for a children’s speech therapy practice in Blagoevgrad. The rules there are different: it gives no diagnosis, keeps no record of the chat and does not ask for contact details. For a practice that works with children, the right assistant gives a worried parent the practice’s phone number rather than asking for theirs.
